DELIVERY INFORMATION

Here at Trnqlty,  it is our main priority to keep ensure customers satisfaction. This also includes shipping out orders to our customers in a timely manner.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Import & duty costs are covered for our customers ordering from EU member states when using the express postage option.  

Orders placed after 2pm will be sent next working day (excludes bank holidays and busy sale periods).

We ship worldwide using Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx and DHL Express.

Delivery Process

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email tells you that we have received your order and will show you information such as: products ordered, order number and your shipping location.

You will receive a second email and this is your shipping confirmation. This will include your tracking details and tracking number.

On the date of delivery, you will receive a text notification of your delivery window.

 

DHL Service Point

If you know that you will not be available to receive your delivery, you can choose to pick up your order from your nearest DHL service point. You can do this through your text confirmation.

To receive your delivery from a DHL service point you will need:

Photographic ID (driving licence or passport)

Email or text confirmation from DHL

 

Leaving With A Neighbour

You can choose to leave your order with a neighbour by providing DHL with a house number and other details. If you choose to have this option, DHL & Summit UK do not hold responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged after it has been delivered.
